Typically, Star-Tech can make the entire investment, except for cabling (conditions apply).  We normally assume all overheads, and then pay a generous commission based on either gross revenue or gross profit.  Where a stakeholder needs to invest in cabling (for example) Star-Tech can (by mutual agreement) with-hold commissions and apply these funds to the infrastructure works required (conditions apply).

We are happy to work out commission structures and customer plans that work for individual sites.  We never try to pigeon-hole stakeholders into models that only suit the provider.
